구글 서비스 용량 제한 정책 협조 안내
안녕하세요, 횃불트리니티신학대학원대학교 사무처입니다.
본교는 그동안 구글의 G-Suite기반 이메일과 클라우드 서비스를 무제한 용량으로 제공했습니다.
하지만 최근 구글의 Workspace for Education (기존 명칭 G-Suite for Education) 스토리지 정책 유료화로 인해
더 이상 무제한 용량을 제공할 수 없게 되었습니다.
이에 사무처에서는
2023.3.1.(목)부터 ‘Google Workspace(메일/드라이브/포토 등)’ 서비스에 대한 용량 제한 정책을 시행하고자 합니다.
이에 아래와 같이 모든 사용자분들의 협조를 요청하오니 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 제공용량을 기존 무제한에서 계정당 100GB(메일/드라이브/포토등 구글의 모든 서비스를 포함)으로 제한합니다.
2. 2023.3.2.(목)부터 용량이 초과된 계정은 서비스가 중지될 예정입니다.
3. 자동 포워딩 방법, 파일이전 방법, 사용 용량 확인 및 용량 최소화 방법 등에 대하여 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.
- 현재 사용 중인 저장용량 용량을 확인하려면
https://drive.google.com/settings/storage로 이동합니다.
- Drive의 대용량 파일이나 불필요한 파일을 검토하고 삭제하려면
https://drive.google.com/drive/quote로 이동합니다.
- 공유 드라이브의 대용량 파일이나 불필요한 파일을 검토하고 삭제하려면
https://drive.google.com/drive/shared-drives
로 이동합니다.

Cooperating with Google's Capacity Limit Policy
This is an important notice regarding the use of TTGU email accounts.
We have been providing unlimited storage for Google's G-Suite-based email and cloud services. However, due to the recent charge for Google's Workspace for Education (formerly G-Suite for Education) storage policy, we are no longer able to provide unlimited storage.
Therefore, we will implement a capacity limitation policy for “Google Workspace (Mail, Drive, Photos, etc.)” services from March 1, 2023. We would like to ask for the cooperation of all users as follows:
1. We will limit the amount of space to 100GB per account, including all Google services such as Mail, Drive, Photos.
2. We will suspend the account that exceeds capacity from March 2, 2023.
3. Please refer to the information below on how to auto-forward, how to transfer files, how to check used capacity.

- To review and delete large or unnecessary files in your Drive
