Overview
The Master of Theology (ThM) is a 2-year program designed for students who have earned a 3-year MDiv degree from a recognized school. This program allows students to concentrate their coursework in one or more fields of specialization, to develop a high level of competency in that area. Available specializations include Old Testament, New Testament, Systematic Theology, Church History, Mission/Intercultural Studies, Practical Theology and Christian Education. An Interdisciplinary Theological Studies specialization is available for those who would prefer to integrate various disciplines.
 
Language & Course Schedule

English : Monday through Friday: 9:20 am - 6:00 pm (2 or 3 days), Saturday classes may be offered for students with a Christian Education concentration
- Interdisciplinary Theological Studies: Monday: 9:30 am - 7 pm (further class options available on other days)

 
Graduation Requirements

Satisfactorily pass 30 credit hours of coursework and obtain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative)
Satisfactorily pass the comprehensive exam (normally taken during the 2nd year)
Complete the program within 4 consecutive years

 
Academic Information

Academic Load : Average 7-9 credits per semester
ThM students who are not TTGU MDiv graduates should audit the MDiv GI1101 Theological Research and Writing class during their first semester.
