Stop-out

* Application Period: Until September 19th (Fri)

1) Please apply for stop-out through the New Online Service and Print the Application Form
Records > Application for Stop-out

2) Get comfirmation from your Advisior and related department(Business office and Library)
3) Then, Submit the Applicarion Form to the Academic Office
* If you apply to stop-out for the health reason, please attach a medical report issued by the doctor.

Return

* Application Period: Aug. 1st(Mon) ~ Aug. 22nd(Fri)

1) Please apply for Return from Stop-out through the New Online Service
Records > Application for Return from Stop-out

휴학 및 복학 안내

휴학

* 신청기간: 9월 19일(금) 까지

1) 뉴 온라인 서비스에 접속하여 휴학 신청 학기수와 내용을 체크하신 후, 신청 버튼을 누르고 신청서를 출력해주세요.
Records > Application for Stop-out

2) 신청서에 본인 싸인을 하신 후, 지도교수님의 싸인을 받고, 사무처와 도서관에서 이용중지 확인을 받습니다.
3) 확인된 신청서를 교학처에 접수합니다.
* 질병 휴학의 경우 의사의 진단서를 함께 첨부하여 주시기 바랍니다.

복학

*신청기간: 8월 1일(월) ~ 8월 22일(금)
1) 뉴 온라인 서비스에 접속하여 복학을 신청 버튼을 눌러 복학신청을 합니다.(서류제출 없습니다)
Records> Application for Return from Stop-out
2) 교학처에 복학사실을 반드시 연락하여 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
