For Graduating Students (December 27th, 2012)
1. "Final Confirmation for Graduating Students"
l Submission Period: Dec. 5(Wed) ~ 20(Thu)
l Please download the form on the school website and submit it to the Academic/ Admissions office by one week before graduation. After filling out this form, you are not able to use your locker and borrow any books from the Library.
2. Invitation Card/ Academic Admissions Office
The card is placed in the Academic Admissions Office. Students are allowed to have up to 3 copies.
3. Buy or Borrow a Gown/ Academic Admissions Office
l Period: Dec. 20(Thu) ~ 26(Wed) -Not available on weekends and Christmas
l A used gown and hood are available for sale : 50,000won
l Deposit Fee: 50,000won (Dry Cleaning Fee: 10,000won, Refund: 40,000원)
l Please bring a bag for a gown.
l Please come to Room 101 to return your gown after commencement ceremony.
4. Graduation Day : Dec.27(Thu), 10:30am, Love Hall
u Graduating students must come to Peace Hall by 9:00 am.
l If you are not able to attend the Commencement Ceremony due to personal matter, please contact Ms. Ellie Kim in advance at the Academic/Admissions Office.
l Men and Women should both wear black outfit. (skirt, stocking, pants, shoes etc.)
5. Sign up for TTGAA Membership
l A graduating student automatically becomes a member of TTGAA.
l Please come to Room 101 after commencement ceremony to check personal addresses and to get a gift from TTGAA.
6. Update your information
Please update your modified personal information through the new online service.
※ ThM and PhD students - Thesis
l Please Submit 5 bound copies of thesis & a CD(PDF file) to the Library with the form, “Permission for Thesis Use in Public”, by Wednesday, Dec. 19th
l Before you make the Bound copies, please get the advisor & Readers’ signature on the cover pages.

l 학교 홈페이지에서 양식을 다운 받으신 후, 졸업 전에 교학처에 제출해 주시길 바랍니다. 이 양식을 제출하신 후에는 사물함 사용과 도서 대출이 불가함을 유의하여 주십시오.
2. 졸업식 초대장 / 교학처
교학처에 초대장이 비치되어 있습니다. 1인당 최대 3장까지 가져가실 수 있습니다.
3. 가운 판매 및 대여 / 교학처
l 대여기간: 12월 20일(목) ~ 26(수) ?주말 및 성탄절 휴무
l 졸업식 가운과 후드를 판매합니다. ? 판매금액 5만원(중고)
