Dormitory Application for 2024 Summer Vacation
1. Applicant Eligibility: Continuing students (Except Stop-out students)
2. Application Period: Mon, May 20 ~ Fri, May 24
* TSMS students who will stay in the dormitory also need to apply at the online service.
3. How to Apply:
Go to TTGU Online Service (https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/) and log in -> Click “Dormitory Application” -> Click “Add” (at the top right corner) -> Check the Contents -> Check (or select) “Year / Semester” and select “Type of Dormitory” -> Click “Save”

4. Result Announcement Date: Fri, Jun. 14, 2024
Check the Online Service “Dormitory Application”:
If you have been assigned a dormitory, the “Status” of the applied Year / Semester will appear as “Approved”.
If not assigned, it will appear as (application) “Returned”.

5. Dormitory Fee Payment and Check-in Schedule
- Yangjae: 570,000 KRW (not including meals)
- Giheung: 100,000 KRW (not including meals) Number of students to be accepted: Female - 9 Students / Male - 9 Students [Open with minimum 3 students]

* Thurs, Aug. 22: Summer Resident Check-out
6. Other Notes
1) Dormitory students are selected based on commuting distance, etc.
2) Giheung Dormitory is open when 3 or more male/female students apply.
3) Resident check-in is available only after the dorm fee has been fully paid. (Except for TSMS full scholarship students)
4) Notes for newly checking in residents (Applicable to all except for those students who have been staying at the dorm since Spring 2024):
- Please submit a tuberculosis test certificate before check-in. Please keep in mind that it takes approximately 5 days for a tuberculosis test certificate to be issued after the test.
- Please bring a confirmation of dormitory fee payment (bank deposit slip, etc.) when checking in. Korean students, please also bring a copy of your resident registration certificate (주민등록등본).
- Please be sure to bring your own bedding.

2024 여름방학 기숙사 신청 안내
1. 신청대상: 재학생(휴학생 제외)
2. 신청기간: 2024. 5. 20. (월) ~ 5. 24. (금)
* 기숙사에 거주하려는 TSMS학생도 온라인 서비스에서 신청하셔야 합니다.
3. 신청방법:
본교 Online Service (온라인서비스) https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/ 에 접속 후 로그인 -> “기숙사신청” 메뉴 클릭 -> “신규입력” 버튼(우측 상단) 클릭 -> 내용 확인 -> “학년도/학기” 확인(선택) 및 “기숙사 구분” 선택 -> “저장” 버튼 클릭(*스크린샷은 상단 첨부파일 참조)
4. 선발결과 발표일: 2024. 6. 14. (금)
온라인 서비스 “기숙사신청” 메뉴 확인:
선발된 경우, 신청한 학년도/학기 기숙사에 대한 “상태”가 “승인”으로 표시되며
미선발된 경우에는 “반려”로 표시됨(*스크린샷은 상단 첨부파일 참조)
5. 기숙사비 납부 및 입사 일정
- 양재기숙사: 570,000원(식사불포함)
- 기흥기숙사: 100,000원(식사불포함) 남자 9명, 여자 9명 신청 모집[3인 이상 신청 시 오픈]

* 선발결과 발표 후, 신청자 이름으로 입금해 주십시오.
* 2024. 6. 27. (목): 여름방학 기숙사비 납부 마감일
* 2024. 6. 28. (금) 오후 2시 이전: 봄학기 입사자 퇴실일
* 2024. 6. 28. (금) 오후 2시 이후: 여름방학 입사자 입실일
* 2024. 8. 22. (목): 여름방학 입사자 퇴실일
6. 기타사항
1) 입사자는 통학거리 등을 기준으로 선발합니다.
2) 기흥 기숙사는 남녀 각각 3인 이상 신청 시 오픈합니다.
3) 기숙사비 완납 시에만 입사 가능합니다.(TSMS 전액장학생은 제외)
4) 새롭게 입사하시는 분을 위한 안내(2024봄학기부터 연속해서 머무는 분 외에는 모두 해당)
- 결핵 검사 진단서를 입사 전까지 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 결핵 검사 진단서는 검사 후 결과지가 나오기까지 약 5일간의 시간이 소요되는 점을 양지하시어 검사를 진행하시기 바랍니다.
- 입사 시 기숙사비 납부 확인서(은행입금표 등)를 지참해 주시고 한국학생분들은 주민등록등본도 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 침구류를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
