Course Add/Drop Period: Mon.

Full
time students can add/drop courses after they have paid the tuition (-Mar.
3).
* Expat students should finish course add/drop first and pay during Mar.
10-16.
l
Add/Drop
for Spring 2015 modular courses which have already started are not
available.
l
All
students must finish course add/drop within the given period.

2. Confirmation
& Notification of Closing Classes: Fri.
Feb. 27
-
Will be decided based on the number of students as of Fri. Feb. 27, 1 pm.
Registered students will be notified individually in case a class is closed or
in case further time is needed for decision.

However, if not enough students show up on the first day of class for Mon/Tue
classes, the class may be cancelled before Feb. 27.
|
Classes
with less than 5 students (3 for ThM and PhD classroom setting classes) will be
closed. Potentially closing courses may especially be: English MDiv evening
classes / Sat. classes, ThM/MDiv electives *There may be exceptions for required
courses |

Class Substitution & PhD Individual Guided Research (GR) Application
Period:
Mon.
Feb. 16 ? Fri. Feb. 27
If
you need to apply for class substitution due to curriculum change or other
reasons or if you need to apply for individual Guided Researches (for PhD
Participants), fill out the application form at the Academic Office and get the
approval from the Department Chair or the Program
Director.

Students - Spiritual Formation Class
Spiritual
Formation classes are required throughout the years of study.
Make
sure you do not miss any each semester. (For track B & E, total 4 times;
1st - 4th semester).

Students - Field Education (F/E)
These
students are required to fulfill a certain number of field education experiences
during their studies. Make sure you register for the Field Education I-III
(GI1010-1030) during the course add/drop period if you are planning to fulfill
the field education (F/E) in Spring 2015. You will be able to pass this
requirement when submitting the F/E report at the end of the semester.
*EXPAT
students are also required to fulfill Field Education
requirements.
l MA Christian Counseling Students ? Practicum & Supervision Classes
Students
are to register for Practicum and Supervision classes together. Registering for only one of
the two will be permitted only in retaking cases.
