Chapel/Class Schedule Change on Tuesday March 31 & Attendance Check

1. Chapel Schedule Change: 11:40am -12:30pm -> 4pm - 5pm

- Mandatory also for the Korean Program (No Chapel on Sat. Apr. 4)

2. Class Schedule Changes

1) For BT5010 & CC5210: 8:30-11:30 am -> 9-11:50 am

(Other 8:30am classes will be held as usual)

2) 1 - 4pm/ 1:30 - 4:30pm class -> 12:40 - 3:40pm

(1:30-3:30 classes can be held as usual)

3) 4 - 6:45pm class -> 5 - 6:45pm (shortened hours - chapel will substitute 1 hr of class)

4) 4:30 - 5:30pm class -> 5 - 6pm

4:30 - 6:30pm class -> 5 - 6:45pm

4 - 6pm class -> 5 - 7pm

3. E-Attendance for Schedule Changed Classes

Due to technical difficulties, the class hours on the E-attendance machine for the following classes will appear as same as usual (without schedule change). E-attendance records will be changed from ‘Late’ to 'On-Time' if students have checked their attendance during the On-time range.

* For other classes that have schedule changes which are not listed below, the changed schedule will appear on the E-attendance machine and attendance check will be available from 30 min. before class starts.

1. 채플시간 조정: 11:40am - 12:30pm -> 4pm - 5pm

- 한국어과정 학생들도 필수참석입니다 (4/4 토요일 채플 없음)

2. 일부 수업시간 변경

1) BT5010 & CC5210에 한하여 8:30-11:30 am -> 9-11:50 am

(기타 8:30am 수업은 평상시대로 진행)

2) 1 - 4pm/ 1:30 - 4:30pm 수업 -> 12:40 - 3:40pm

3) 4 - 6:45 pm 수업 -> 5 - 6:45pm (단축수업 - 채플이 수업시간 1시간 대체)

4) 4:30 - 5:30pm 수업 -> 5 - 6pm

4:30 - 6:30pm 수업 -> 5 - 6:45pm

4 - 6pm 수업 -> 5 - 7pm

3. 시간변경 수업들에 대한 출석체크

아래 수업들은 전자출결기상 수업시간 변경이 어려움에 따라 평상시와 같은 수업시간이 표시될 예정이며, 정시출석범위 내에 출석확인을 하는 경우 출결현황이 ‘지각’ -> ‘출석’으로 변경될 예정입니다.

* 수업시간이 변경되는 수업들 중 아래에 표기되지 않은 수업들은 전자출결기에도 시간표 변경사항이 반영될 예정이며, 수업 시작 30분 전부터 출석체크를 할 수 있습니다.
