Graduates - Commencement and Gown Rental Guide
1. Commencement
1) Date and Venue: Jan 11, 2024 (Thu) 10:30 am, Sarang Hall
2) Graduates' Orientation: Same day, 9:00 am, Hayongjo Hall
- ★★★★★[Important] Graduates must attend the orientation. There will be a rehearsal for entering and exiting Sarang Hall and for the degree conferment ceremony. (Mandatory Attendance)
- If there are changes in your attendance for the commencement, please contact us in advance (Wonhee Lee, Tel. 02-570-7369, email: wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr).
2. Gown Rental
1) Rental Period (in Admissions Office)
- Rental Period: Jan 3 (Wed) - Jan 9 (Tue) 10:00-16:00 (excluding weekends and lunchtime)
- Gown Rental Fee: KRW 60,000 (Cleaning Fee: KRW 20,000, Deposit: KRW 40,000)
2) Parcel Shipping Application (If you cannot visit, we will send it by courier.)
- Application Period: Dec 27 (Wed) - Jan 3 (Wed), Submit the application on Google Form and pay the gown rental fee

★ The application period for parcel shipping will close in advance. (Strict deadline)
- Gown Rental Fee for Shipping: KRW 65,000 by bank transfer (Box & Courier Fee: KRW 5,000, Cleaning Fee: KRW 20,000, Deposit: KRW 40,000)

3) PhD Graduate Information
- PhD graduates should prepare custom-made academic attire and submit the hood to the Academic Office by January 10 for the ceremony.
- Gown rental is not available on the commencement day; Due to time constraints with orientation, please either visit the school or rent a gown in advance through courier shipping.
- Gown return: Return the gown at Hayongjo Hall after the ceremony and receive a refund for the deposit.
3. Torch Trinity Alumni Association Membership
- Join the alumni association upon graduation.
- When returning the gown at Hayong Hall, alumni association membership details will be confirmed, and a gift will be given.
4. Personal Information Update
Please update your changed personal information through TTGU online services.
졸업예정자 - 학위수여식 및 가운대여 안내
1. 학위수여식
1) 일시: 2024년 1월 11일 (목) 10:30am, 사랑성전
2) 졸업생 오리엔테이션: 당일 오전 9시, 하용조홀
- ★★★★★[중요] 졸업생은 반드시 오리엔테이션에 참석해야 합니다. 사랑성전 입장 및 퇴장, 학위수여식 진행을 위해 당일 리허설이 진행됩니다. (필수 참석)
- 학위수여식 참석 여부가 변경되는 경우 반드시 사전에 연락하여 주십시오 (교학처 이원희 Tel. 02-570-7369, email: wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr)
2. 가운 대여
1) 가운 대여 (교학처 방문)
방문기간: 1/3 (수) - 1/9 (화) 10:00am~4:00pm (주말 및 점심시간 제외)
가운 대여비: 6만원 (세탁비: 2만원, 보증금: 4만원)
2) 택배 발송 신청 (방문이 어려운 경우 택배로 보내드립니다.)
택배 신청기간: 12/27 (수) - 1/3 (수), 구글폼에 신청입력 및 가운대여비 입금
졸업가운 택배발송 신청
★ 택배 발송을 위해 신청기간은 사전 마감됩니다. (마감기한 엄수)
가운대여비: 6만 5천원 계좌이체 (박스&택배발송비: 5천원, 세탁비: 2만원, 보증금: 4만원)

3) 박사과정 졸업생 안내
- 박사과정 학생은 맞춤제작으로 학위복을 준비하고, 학위수여식을 준비를 위해 1/10까지 교학처로 후드를 제출하여 주십시오.
- 학위수여식 당일은 가운 대여가 불가합니다. 오리엔테이션 등으로 시간이 부족하기 때문에 학교에 방문하거나 택배발송으로 미리 가운을 대여하십시오.
- 가운 반납: 학위수여식을 마친 후 하용조홀에서 반납하고, 보증금을 환불받습니다.
3. 횃불트리니티 동문회 가입
- 졸업과 동시에 동문회에 가입됩니다.
- 가운 반납 시 하용조홀에서 동문회원 주소 확인 및 선물 증정이 있습니다.
4. 개인 정보 업데이트
- TTGU 온라인서비스를 통해 변경 된 개인 정보를 업데이트 해주시기 바랍니다.
