Guide for Graduates (July 28, 2017)
1. "Final Confirmation for Graduating Students"
l Submission Period: June 26(Mon) ~ July 12(Wed)
l Please download the attached form and submit it to the Academic/ Admissions
office.
After filling out this form, you are not able to use your locker and borrow any books
from the Library.
2. "Questionnaire for 2017Master’s Graduates" ?Survey of Ministry of Education
l You can choose one way among two as below and submit it to the office when you submit
the "Final Confirmation for Graduating Students"? (please check your email)
1) Offline) Please download the form’ Questionnaire for 2017 Master’s(or PhD)
Graduates’ and fill out it ->Then print out and submit it to the office.
OR 2) Online) Please visit to http://www.narastat.kr/emdh -> login with your info
-> fill out the boxes -> save/submit it -> print out the 'confirmation paper'
and submit to the office

3. Update your information
? l Please update your modified personal information(Address, Telephone number.etc)
through the new online service.
4. Graduation Ceremony : December 28(Thur), Love Hall
l If you are not able to attend the Commencement Ceremony due to personal matter,
please contact to Ms. Hye Jung Joo(hj.joo@ttgu.ac.kr) in advance at the Academic/Admissions Office.

l 첨부된 양식을 다운 받으신 후, 작성하시어 교학처에 제출해 주시길 바랍니다.
?이 양식을 제출하신 후에는 사물함 사용과 도서 대출이 불가함을 유의하여 주십시오.

l 아래의 두가지 방법 중 택 1하여 '졸업예정자를 위한 최종확인서'를 제출하실때 함께
교학처로 제출바랍니다.(개인 이메일 확인하여 다운로드)
1) 오프라인) 첨부된 양식 중 ‘2017 석사조사 설문지[국문]’을 다운로드하여 작성
-> 교학처 제출
또는 2) ?온라인) http://www.narastat.kr/emdh 로 접속, 로그인후 설문에 답하고
‘조사 완료증’ 을 교학처 제출 (온라인 조사 사용자 매뉴얼[한글] 참조)

3. 개인 정보 업데이트
l 뉴온라인서비스를 통해 주소 및 전화번호 등 변경 된 개인 정보를 업데이트 해주시길 바랍니다.

l 개인 사유로 인해 졸업식 참석이 어려우신 경우, 교학처의 주혜정 계장(hj.joo@ttgu.ac.kr) 에게 미리 말씀하여 주시길 바랍니다.
