Tuition Payment for Spring 2015

1. Tuition Payment Period for Fulltime Student: February 16^th, 2015- March 3^rd, 2015

2. How to Pay Tuition

① Check out tuition bill and virtual account number through online service

② Transfer tuition to the given virtual account at Woori Bank

③ Please be sure that tuition paid student’s name will be marked coincided with sender’s name.

④ Tuition should be transferred in a full amount at one time, and it cannot be transferred separately.

⑤ If it was transferred from other than Woori bank, student will be required to pay for the fee for money transfer.

3. Tuition Payment Period for Expat Prog. Students: March 10^th, 2015- March 16^th, 2015

4. Tuition Installment

(It is very important that after application, if student fails to pay the 1^st installment, application for tuition installment payment will be automatically cancelled.

1) Application Period: February 11^th, 2015- February 28^th, 2015

2) Disqualification for Tuition Installment

① A student who receives Student Loan from Korea Student Aid Foundation

② A student who is paying tuition by credits after going further of his/her duration of study

③ A student who has received scholarship more than two thirds of the total tuition.

3) How to Apply for Tuition Installment: Through Online Service

A. Once a student’s 1^st tuition installment payment was confirmed, then the student is allowed to register, and add or drop courses

B. When student fails to pay the 1^st installment, application for tuition installment payment will be automatically cancelled.

4) Payment Period for Tuition Installment

① The 1^st Installment Payment Period:

Ø If apply before February 15^th, 2015 : February 16, 2015~ March 3^rd, 2015

Ø If apply after February 16^th, 2015 : the very next day of application for Tuition Installment ~March 3^rd

② The 2nd Installment Payment Period : April 1^st , 2015- April 10^th, 2015

③ The 3^rd Installment Payment Period : May 1^st, 2015 ~ May 11^th, 2015

5. Student Loan (Korea Student Aid Foundation)

1) Apply at the Korea Student Aid Foundation website (www.kosaf.go.kr) using personal verification certificate

2) Application Period: During the notified period by the Korea Student Aid Foundation

3) Loan Payment Period: Torch Trinity’s Tuition Payment Period

4) Disqualification to Student Loan:

International Students, Students who applied for tuition installment

5) Important: Daily working hour for loan payment will be ending at 5p.m., thus, for the successful student loan payment, it is very important for the student to process their loan payment earlier especially on the last day of tuition payment period.
