2. Eligibility
· Master's Programs (excl. ThM): Minimum 1 semester completed with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
for MDiv, and 2.5 for MTS, MA, MEd, and MWCM.
· ThM Program: Minimum 1 semester completed with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
· PhD Program: Completed all required coursework with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
· Fall 2026 graduating students who have not yet passed all required subjects must take this exam.
3. Application Period & Procedures

• Application Period: Mon, Jul 13 (10:00 AM) – Fri, Jul 24 (10:00 PM) • Procedures: Both [1] AMS Online Application and [2] Application Fee Payment must be completed within the application period. * Unpaid applications by the deadline will be automatically voided, and you will not be allowed to take the exam. |
[1] AMS Online Application
· AMS (ams.ttgu.ac.kr) → Graduation Management → Comprehensive Exam → Select exam subject(s) (Check V)
· Subject Limit: Master's students (MA / MEd / ThM) may register for a maximum of 2 subjects per term.
· Prior Approval Process for Overseas/Remote Students: MA CCP and ThM (excl. CE) students living overseas or in remote areas who require an online exam must obtain prior approval before submitting their online application through AMS. To apply for approval, please email your Student ID, full name, exam subject(s), and current location to ch.lee@ttgu.ac.kr.

4. Cancellation & Refund
· Before Payment: Cancel directly via the AMS application menu.
· After Payment: Email your Student ID, name, subject(s), and a copy of your bank account passbook to ch.lee@ttgu.ac.kr within the application period.
· No cancellations or refunds will be processed after Friday, July 24.

2. 응시 자격
· 석사과정 (ThM 제외): 1학기 이상 이수 및 평점평균(GPA) MDiv 2.0 이상, MTS · MA · MEd · MWCM 2.5 이상 충족
· ThM 과정: 1학기 이상 이수 및 평점평균(GPA) 3.0 이상 충족
· PhD 과정: 학과 지정 이수과목 완료 및 평점평균(GPA) 3.0 이상 충족
· 2026학년도 가을학기 졸업예정자 중 미합격 과목이 있는 학생은 이번 회차에 반드시 응시해야 합니다.
3. 신청 기간 및 응시 절차

• 신청 기간: 7월 13일(월) 10:00 – 7월 24일(금) 22:00 • 응시 절차: 아래의 [1] AMS 온라인 신청과 [2] 응시료 납부가 신청 기간 내에 모두 완료되어야 합니다. * 기간 내에 응시료를 납부하지 않은 경우 온라인 신청 내역은 자동으로 취소 처리되며 시험 응시가 불가합니다. |
[1] AMS 온라인 신청
· AMS (ams.ttgu.ac.kr) → 졸업관리 → 종합시험 신청 → 응시과목 선택 (V체크)
· 신청 과목 수 제한: 석사과정(MA/MEd/ThM) 응시자는 회차당 최대 2과목까지 신청 가능합니다.
· 해외/지방 거주자 사전 승인 절차: 해외 또는 지방에 거주하여 온라인 시험 응시가 필요한 MA CCP, ThM (CE 제외) 과정 학생은, AMS 온라인 신청을 진행하기 전, 담당자 이메일 (ch.lee@ttgu.ac.kr)로 인적사항 (학번, 성명, 응시과목, 현재 거주지역)을 발송하여 사전에 승인을 받아야 합니다.

· 7월 24일(금) 이후로는 취소 및 환불이 절대 불가합니다.
