자선음악회 진행을 위한 협조요청

 

행복나무 플러스에서 보호종료 아동 장학기금 마련을 위한 자선연주회를 사랑홀에서 진행하게 되었습니다. 당일 무대세팅과 공연 진행을 위해 200 여명의 스탭과 1,000 여명의 후원자들이 참석할 예정입니다. 원활한 공연 진행을 위해 아래와 같이 요청하오니 협조 부탁드립니다.

1. 시간: 2025년 11월 20일(목) 19시 30분~22시(실사용 시간: 09시~24시)

2. 장소: 온누리교회 양재 캠퍼스 사랑홀

3. 요청사항: 주차 및 공간 사용에 대한 협조

- 1,000여명 참석 예정으로 주차 혼잡 예상(대중교통 이용 공지 및 셔틀 운행)

Request for Cooperation for Charity Concert

 

Happiness Tree Plus will hold a charity concert at Sarang Hall, Onnuri Church Yangjae Campus, to raise scholarship funds for young adults who have aged out of child protection.

On the day of the event, about 200 staff members and approximately 1,000 sponsors and attendees are expected to participate for stage setup and concert operation.

We kindly ask for your cooperation as below to ensure the smooth progress of the event.

1. Date & Time: Thursday, November 20, 2025, 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM

(Actual usage time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM)

2. Venue: Sarang Hall, Onnuri Church Yangjae Campus

3. Request: Cooperation for parking and facility use

-As about 1,000 attendees are expected, parking congestion is anticipated. (Public transportation use and shuttle operation will be announced.)
