인도네시아 Amanat Agung Theological Seminary와 교류협력 체결
횃불트리니티신학대학원대학교(이하 TTGU)는 7월 2일(수) 인도네시아 자카르타에 위치한 Amanat Agung Theological Seminary(이하 AATS)와 교류 및 상호 협력을 위한 교류협력 협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 교육, 연구 및 기타 활동 분야에서 학문적, 문화적 교류의 상호 발전을 위한 협력, 협조 및 교환 관계를 맺기로 합의하였다. 특히, 교수진 개발, 학술 자료, 출판물 및 정보의 상호 공유, 학술회의 및 연구프로젝트 협력, 공동 커뮤니티 프로그램으로 상생 관계를 발전시키고자 하였다.
본교의 오덕교 총장은 “이 파트너십을 통해 학생과 교수, 지역사회 모두에게 국내외적으로 풍성한 기회가 제공되기를 기대하며, 함께 성장하고 신학적 통찰을 깊이 있게 나누며 더욱 긴밀히 협력하기를 소망합니다. 학문적 탁월함, 영적 성장, 진리와 섬김을 향한 공동의 헌신이 하나님의 인도하심 속에서 풍성한 열매 맺기를 기도합니다.”고 말했다.
이에 AATS의 Rev. Dr. Casthelia Kartika 총장은 “제가 학생이던 시절 진학하고 싶었는데, 장학금을 얻지 못해 진학하지 못해서 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 기억이 있는 학교 TTGU와 이렇게 파트너쉽을 체결하게 되어 기쁘면서도 한편으로는 감개가 무량합니다. 모든 기관이 성장하고 발전하는데 있어 “협력”은 반드시 필요합니다. TTGU는 신학교육에 있어 풍부한 경험과 성숙함을 갖추고 있고 규모도 커서 우리 신학교가 배울 점이 무척 많을 것입니다. AATS도 파트너쉽을 맺은 학교로서 기꺼이 그 연구와 사역 가운데 동역하기를 희망합니다. 이번 협력이 하나님 나라를 위한 의미 있는 동행이 되기를 바랍니다.” 며 화답하였다.
협약식은 본교의 초청으로 인도네시아 자카르타에서 한국을 방문하여, 본교 강의동 컨퍼런스룸에서 이루어졌다. 협약식에는 AATS의 Dr. Casthelia Kartika 총장을 비롯하여 선교학 Robbu Indarjono 교수가 참석했고, 본교 측은 오덕교 총장과 안한나 교학처장, 김의창 교목실장, 이석규 기획발전실장이 참석하였다.
TTGU signed MOU with Amanat Agung Theological Seminary
Torch Trinity Graduate University (hereafter 'TTGU') signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Wednesday, July 2, with Amanat Agung Theological Seminary (hereafter 'AATS'), located in Jakarta, Indonesia, to foster academic exchange and mutual cooperation.
The agreement aims to promote collaborative efforts in education, research, and other academic and cultural activities. Both institutions have agreed to engage in mutual cooperation through faculty development, exchange of academic resources, publications and information, collaboration in academic conferences and research projects, as well as the implementation of joint community programs.
President Dr. Deok Kyo Oh of TTGU stated, “Through this partnership, we hope to create abundant opportunities domestically and internationally for students, faculty, and local communities. We look forward to growing together, sharing deeper theological insights, and strengthening our cooperation. May our shared commitment to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and the pursuit of truth and service bear much fruit under God’s guidance.”
President Dr. Casthelia Kartika of AATS responded, “I am deeply moved and honored to establish this partnership with TTGU, a school I once hoped to attend as a student but could not due to financial limitations. Cooperation is essential for the growth and development of any institution. TTGU’s maturity, experience, and scale in theological education offer much for us to learn. As a partner institution, AATS is eager to participate in TTGU’s research and ministry endeavors. I pray this partnership becomes a meaningful journey together for the Kingdom of God.”
The MOU ceremony was held in the conference room of TTGU’s main academic building, during AATS’s visit to Korea at the invitation of TTGU. Attendees included AATS President Dr. Casthelia Kartika and Professor of Missiology Mr. Robbu Indarjono. Representing TTGU were President Dr. Deok Kyo Oh, Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Hannah S. An, Chaplain and Professor of New Testament Dr. Eui-Chang Kim, and Director of Planning and Development Mr. Seok Kyu Lee.
