2025 Summer Vacation Dormitory Application Results

 

1. How to Check the Result (From Mon, June. 9) 

 

Go to TTGU Online Service(https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/) and log in

Click “Dormitory Application” -> If you have been assigned a dormitory, the “Status” of the applied Year / Semester will appear as “Approved”. If not assigned, it will appear as (application) “Returned”.

2. Check-in / Check-out Schedule

 

Spring Resident Check-out	Fri, Jun. 27, until 2pm
Summer Resident Check-in	Fri, Jun. 27, after 2pm
Summer Resident Check-out	Fri, Aug. 22, until 2pm

*The check-in and check-out schedule may be subject to change depending on circumstances.

* Resident check-in is available after the dorm fee has been fully paid. (Except for TSMS full scholarship students)

* If you need to cancel your dormitory application, please notify the Business Office.

 

3. Dormitory Fee Payment

* Fee Payment Due: Mon, Jun. 9 ~ Mon, Jun. 23, 2025

* Please transfer the dorm fee by your name after dormitory assignment is announced.

*Bank Name: Woori Bank (우리은행)

*Account Number: 1005-580-209420

*Account Holder: 횃불트리니티신학대학원대학교

Yangjae: 570,000KRW (not including meals)

 

4. Notes for newly checking in (Except for those staying continuously since Spring 2025)

- Please submit your tuberculosis test certificate before check-in.

  (It takes about 5 days to receive the test results)

  Note:Results valid within 6 months of move-in date.

- Korean students, please also bring a copy of your resident registration certificate (주민등록등본).

- Please be sure to bring your own bedding.

1. 선발 결과 확인 2025. 06. 09. (월)

 

본교 Online Service (온라인서비스) https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/ 에 접속 후 로그인

 

↓

 

“기숙사신청” 메뉴 클릭 -> 선발된 경우, 신청한 학년도/학기 기숙사에 대한 “상태”가  “승인”으로 표시되며 미 선발된 경우에는 “반려”로 표시됩니다.

2. 입실/퇴실 일정

 

봄학기 입사자 퇴실일	2025. 6. 27. (금) 오후2시 이전
여름방학 입사자 입실일	2025. 6. 27. (금) 오후2시 이후
여름방학 입사자 퇴실일	2025. 8. 22. (금), 오후2시 이전

 

*입퇴실 일정은 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있음.

* 기숙사비 완납 시에만 입사 가능합니다.(TSMS 전액장학생은 제외)

* 입사를 취소하시는 경우에는 사무처에 알려주십시오.

 

3. 기숙사비 납부

* 기숙사비 납부: 2025. 6. 9. (월) ~ 6. 23. (월).

* 선발결과 발표 후, 신청자 이름으로 입금해 주십시오

* 입금계좌: 우리은행 1005-580-209420 (예금주: 횃불트리니티신학대학원대학교)

- 양재기숙사: 570,000원(식사불포함)

 

4. 새롭게 입사하시는 분을 위한 안내

(2025년 봄학기 부터 연속해서 머무는 분 외에는 모두 해당)

- 결핵 검사 진단서를 입소시 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 

   (입주 예정일로 부터 6개월 이내 결과 본 유효)

- 입주 시 한국 학생분들은 주민등록등본을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 침구류를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
