FA2024 Course Registration for Practical Field Education II (PFE II) 
 

1. Only those who have completed Practical Field Education I (PFE I) and at least five courses in education can apply for PFE II.

2. PFE II is a course consisting of entrance and exit interviews (classes) with a 20-day student teaching.

• For any teacher/principal certificate holder or anyone with more than two year teaching experience, the 10 days of student teaching will be waived after consultation with Dr. Sinai Chung.
• For any previous/current Christian school teacher with the proper verification of more than two year teaching experience, PFE II can be waived after consultation with Dr. Sinai Chung. In this case, PFE II fee (KRW 35,000) is also waived.

3. Schedule for fall semester

    From August 31 (Sat.) to December 7 (Sat.), 2024
    (Note: Practical student teaching schedule might vary depending on candidates’ individual condition)

    ⮚ Aug. 31 (Sat), 2024, 1:00pm - 4:45pm: Entrance Interview/Orientation (Online)
    ⮚ Sep. 02 (Mon) - Dec. 6 (Fri), 2024: Field experiences and a Mid Evaluation
                                                          (Any 20 full days; usually twice a week for 10 weeks)
    ⮚ Dec. 7 (Sat), 2024, 1:00pm - 4:45pm: Exit Interview/ Final Conference (Online)

2024 가을학기 교육현장실습 II 수강 

1. 교육현장실습 II 는 교육현장실습 I 및 교육 관련 다섯 과목 이상 이수하신 분만 신청 가능합니다.

2. 교육현장실습 II 는 사전 인터뷰와 최종인터뷰 (수업) 및 20일간 진행되는 교생 실습 과정입니다.

• 교사자격증 소지자 혹은 2년 이상의 교직경력자의 경우, 정신애 교수와 상의 후 교생실습 II 과정 중 10일 면제 가능
• 전현직 기독교학교 교사의 경우, 2년 이상의 교직경력증명서 제출시, 정신애 교수와 상담 후 교육실습 II 면제 가능. (이 경우, 35,000원 실습비용 역시 면제)

3.  가을학기 상세 일정은 아래와 같습니다.
 
     8/31(토) -12/7(토), 2024

    ⮚ 8.31 (토), 2024, 1:00pm-4:45pm: 사전 인터뷰 및 오리엔테이션 수업 (온라인)
    ⮚ 9.2 (월) - 12.6 (금), 2024: 현장실습 및 중간 평가
                                              20일 실습, 9월부터 12월까지 주 2일씩 10 주간 실시
                                              (실습일은 지원자 개인의 스케줄 및 현장 스케줄에 따라 달라질 수 있음)
    ⮚ 12.7 (토), 2024, 1:00pm-4:45pm: 최종 인터뷰 및 마지막 수업 (온라인)
