1. Use the English application form as attached and fill it out in English.
2. Write down your name the same as on your passport. (Ex. Sherlock Holms)
3. Types of Certificates
A. Teacher : Students of all programs except MACC students can apply teacher / principal certificates.
- Elementary teacher certificates for those who majored in Education, Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Edcuation, or Elementary/Primary Education in undergraduate courses.
- Secondary teacher certificates for those who majored in others not applicable to Elementary or Specialist certificates
- Specialist certificates for those who majored in Bible, Music, Art, PE, Computer Sciene or Foreign Languages, etc. in their undergrauate courses
- MDiv students can apply for Bible specialist in addition to teaching subjects based on their undergraduate majors.
B. Principal
- Application for a principal certificate alone without a teacher certificate application/certificate is not allowed.
- You may apply for both teacher and principal certificates at once or apply for a teacher certificate first and then a principal certificate later.
C. School Coounselor: Only MACC students can apply for the school counselor certificates.

1. 신청서 작성은 반드시 영문 신청서 양식 (첨부)에 영어로 기입합니다.
2. 이름은 여권과 동일하게 쓰시되, 이름 + 성 순서로 써 주세요 (ex. 홍길동 Gil Dong Hong)
3. 자격증 종류
1) 교사 자격증
- 초등학교: 학부 전공이 교육학, 교육심리, 초등교육, 유아교육의 경우 신청 가능
- 중고등학교: 초등교사 / 스페셜리스트 자격증에 해당하지 않는 그 외 학부 전공의 경우 신청
- 스페셜리스트 (음악, 성경, 미술, 체육, 및 컴퓨터공학 등): 학부전공이 음악, 미술, 체육, 외국어 및 검퓨터공학 관련 전공일 경우, 신청 가능
- MDiv 전공생의 경우 학부 전공 교과목 외에 성경 스페셜리스트 자격증도 신청 가능
2) 교장 자격증
- 교사 자격증을 신청하지 않고 교장 자격증만 단독으로 신청 불가
- 교사 및 교장 자격증을 같이 신청하거나, 교사 자격증을 먼저 신청한 후 나중에 교장 자격증을 신청할 수 있음
3) 학교상담사: MACC 학생들만 신청 가능
