Fall 2023 - Class Auditing Application (Rev. Aug 19)

 

Most classes in the Master Level are open to apply audit. Please follow the procedures below if you would like to apply for the class auditing.

 

▶Application: Thursday, August 24, 10:00 - Wednesday, September 6, 17:00

▶Semester starts on August 28.

▶Audit Course List: see the attachment.

 

*Procedures

A. Fill out the application form.

- TTGU students use “Audit Application (Student) 청강신청서(재학생).pdf”.

- General/alumni applicants use “Audit Application (General, Alumni) 청강신청서(일반,휴학생,졸업생).pdf”.

B. Get the professor’s approval by email (Digital signature) or face-to-face.

C. Submit the signed audit application to the Academic Office (in person or email to wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr).

D. Current student auditing is free, general auditing is 100,000 won per credit, and stop-out students/alumni should pay auditing fees of 90,000 won per credit.

2023 가을학기 청강신청 안내 (청강과목 목록 8/19 수정)

 

석사과정의 수업 중 대부분은 청강신청이 가능합니다. 청강신청을 원하시는 분은 다음의 절차에 따라 청강 신청을 해주십시오.

 

▶신청기간: 8. 24. (목) 10:00부터 9. 6. (수) 17:00까지

▶2023학년도 가을학기는 개강은 8월 28일 (월) 입니다.

▶청강과목: 붙임파일 참조

 

*절차

A. 청강신청서를 작성하여 주십시오.

- 재학생은 “Audit Application (Student) 청강신청서(재학생).pdf” 신청서에 작성하십시오.

- 일반/휴학/졸업생은 “Audit Application (General, Alumni) 청강신청서(일반,휴학생,졸업생).pdf”. 신청서에 작성하십시오.

B. 수업 담당교수님께 청강신청 승인을 받으십시오. 이메일을 통해 전자서명을 받거나, 직접 만나서 사인을 받으시기 바랍니다.

C. 담당교수의 승인이 완료된 신청서를 교학처에 제출하십시오 (사무실 방문 또는 이메일 전송 wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr).

D. 재학생 청강은 무료이며, 일반청강은 학점당 10만원, 휴학생/졸업생은 학점당 8만원의 청강비를 납부하여야 청강신청이 완료됩니다.
