Registration

Refund
New Students
1) In the case that a new student wishes to withdraw from the school prior to the start of the the first semester, the full amount of tuition and the school's entering fee will be refunded.
2) If the withdrawal takes place after the first semester begins, the amount refunded will be calculated according to the regulations below.
 
Scholarship Recipients
1) For scholarship recipients, the amount of scholarship exceeding tuition costs will be refunded.
2) For students who have received a student loan, the amount of scholarship exceeding tuition costs will be refunded to the Korea Student Aid Foundation.
 
Changing Credit Hours
For students who drop a class(es) during the Add-Drop period and pay tuition per credit hours, the full cost of those dropped classes will be refunded.
 
Withdrawal from the school
1) For students withdrawing from school, the amount of tuition refunded will be calculated according to the received date of the Application for Withdrawal from School.
2) For stop-out withdrawals, the amount of tuition refunded will be calculated according to the received date of the Application for Stop-out.
 
Regulations
1) Tuition will be refunded within 20 days of submission of the Application for Withdrawal from School.
2) The amount refunded will be calculated according to the Regulation of Tuition, Article 6.
 
Receiving Date of Application Refund Amount
Within 30 days from the first day of the semester 5/6 of Tuition
From 31 days through 60 days 2/3 of Tuition
From 61 days through 90 days 1/2 of Tuition
Over 90 days None

Installment Payments
Application
Submit the Application for Installment Payments to New Online Service during the set period. Students in the following categories cannot apply for tuition installments:

Students in their first semester, including transfer students and re-entering students
Students in the Expat Program
Students taking courses past the duration of their program
Students returning from stop-out
Students applying for a Student Loan from the Korea Student Aid Foundation
Students who failed to pay installments on time during the previous semester
 
Payment
1)Wire Transfer : Wire tuition to the virtual bank account given by the school within the set period.
2)Offline Payment : Visit a bank with the tuition bill and pay within the set period.
Check your virtual bank account at New Online Service ("Registration," "Tuition Bill"). Only one virtual account number is given per student. The account will be with Woori Bank and will begin with “264-“ or "265-".
A service fee may be charged if you wire or pay from a bank other than Woori Bank.
Wire transfer cannot be made to your virtual account from certain accounts, such as a CMA account.
You can check your tuition payment at the Woori Bank homepage, www.wooribank.
 
Instruction
1) Once an application for installment is submitted, tuition must be paid in installments.
2) Scholarships are deducted from the 3rd payment.
3) If the first installment is not paid during the set period, the installment plan is cancelled and tuition must be paid in full during the standard tuition payment period.
4) Students who stopped out during the previous semester, must submit the Application Form for Returning from Stop-out at New Online Service before applying for tuition installment.

Tuition Payment
Tuition Bill
You can check and print your tuition bill at TTGU Online Service.
Go to “Registration,” “Tuition Bill,” and click on “Print_Tuition Bill” at the bottom of the page.
 
Payment
1) Wire Transfer: Wire tuition to the virtual bank account given by the school within the set period.

Students in the following categories can pay tuition per credit hour 1) Students in the Expat Program
2) Students taking courses past the duration of their program
3) Students taking more than the maximum number of credits per semester
