Guide for Graduates (December 27, 2016)
1. "Final Confirmation for Graduating Students"
Submission Period: Dec. 5(Mon) ~ 16(Fri)
Please download the form from the announcement and submit it to the Academic/ Admissions office. After filling out this form, you are not able to use your locker and borrow any books from the Library.
2. "Questionnaire for 2017 Master’s/PhD Graduates" -Survey of Ministry of Education
You can choose one way among two as below and submit it to the office
1) Offline) Please download the form (by email) and fill out it -> Then submit it to the office.
OR 2) Online) Please visit to http://www.narastat.kr/emdh -> login with your info -> fill out the boxes -> save/submit it -> send the Confirmation to the office

3. Invitation Card of Graduation (Office)
Students are allowed to have up to 4 copies at the office.
4. Borrow a Gown (Office)
Period: Dec. 19(Mon) ~ 23(Fri), 10am ~ 5pm
Deposit Fee: 50,000won (Dry Cleaning Fee: 10,000won, Refund: 40,000won)
Please bring a bag for a gown.
Returning your gown: Ha Yong Jo Hall after commencement ceremony.
5. Graduation Day : Dec.27(Tue), 10:30am, Love Hall
Graduating students must come to Ha Yong Jo memorial Hall by 9:30 am.
If you are not able to attend the Commencement Ceremony due to personal matter, please contact to Ms. Kyung-Ah Jun in advance at the office.
Men and Women are both better wear black outfit. (skirt, stocking, pants, shoes etc.)
6. Sign up for TTGAA Membership
A graduating student automatically becomes a member of TTGAA.
Please come to Ha Yong Jo memorial Hall after commencement ceremony to check personal addresses and to get a gift from TTGAA.
7. Update your information
Please update your modified personal information through the new online service.
2016학년도 12월 졸업예정자 안내(2016년 12월 27일)
1. " 졸업예정자를 위한 최종 확인서 "
제출기한: 12월 5일(월) ~ 16일(금)
학교 홈페이지 공지에서 양식을 다운 받으신후, 교학처에 제출해 주시길 바랍니다.
이 양식을 제출하신 후에는 사물함 사용과 도서 대출이 불가함을 유의하여 주십시오.
2. " 석·박사 학위 취득자 통계 설문지 “ -교육부 제출용
아래의 두가지 방법 중 택 1하여 교학처로 제출바랍니다.
1) 오프라인) 이메일에 첨부된 양식을 다운로드 작성-> 교학처 제출
또는 2) 온라인) http://www.narastat.kr/emdh 로 접속, 로그인후 설문에 답하고 ‘조사 완료증’을 교학처 제출
참고) 횃불트리니티신학대학원대학교 - 유형) 사립, 타입) 전문
3. 졸업식 초대장 / 교학처
1인당 최대 4장까지 가져가실 수 있습니다.
4. 가운 대여 / 교학처
대여기간: 12월 19일(월) ~ 23(금), 10am ~ 5pm
대여보증금: 5만원 (세탁비: 1만원, 환불: 4만원)
가운을 담아가실 봉투를 지참해 주십시오.
반납: 졸업식 후 하용조 기념 채플홀
5. 졸업식 : 12월 27일(화) 오전 10시 30분, 사랑성전
졸업예정자는 오전 9시30분까지 하용조 채플홀로 오셔야 합니다.
개인 사유로 인해 졸업식 참석이 어려우신 경우, 교학처의 전경아 주임에게 미리 말씀하여 주시길 바랍니다.
남학생과 여학생 모두 검은색 계열의 옷을 착용하시는 것이 좋습니다. (치마, 스타킹, 바지, 신발 등)
6. 횃불트리니티 동문회 가입
졸업과 동시에 동문회에 가입됩니다.
가운 반납 시 하용조 채플홀에서 회원 주소 확인 및 선물 증정이 있습니다.
7. 개인 정보 업데이트
뉴온라인서비스를 통해 변경 된 개인 정보를 업데이트 해주시길 바랍니다.
